L’École branchée, Engaged Learning’s publisher, is an independent non-profit organization. We are committed to maintaining the affordability of our products and services, while also striving to ensure the long-term sustainability of our mission. Our goal is to make our offerings as accessible as possible without compromising our ability to fulfill our mission.

Here are our sales conditions and refund policies.

Payment required at all times: All product orders are shipped/activated upon full payment.

Accuracy of your contact information: We have implemented processes to automate orders and shipping as much as possible. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your contact information when placing an order. An error could result, for example, in not receiving the information to participate in a training session. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us (info@ecolebranchee.com) so that we can verify (and correct if necessary) the information!

Sale prices: The prices of our products, services, and subscriptions are subject to change without notice.

Upgrading a subscription: Upgrading a subscription (all products and services) does not allow for a refund of the price difference (e.g., upgrading from a teacher subscription to a school subscription).
